Keith W. Gossett, MAI majored in accounting and federal income tax at McNeese State University and has been involved in real estate valuation and investment for over thirty five years. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute and has valued properties throughout the U.S. He holds General Appraisal and real estate broker licenses in Louisiana and Texas.
He was formerly a Manager with KPMG Consulting and provided real estate related business consulting services for state, local, and federal agencies throughout the U.S.
Since this time, he has provided cost segregation services across the Gulf Coast area to real estate investment partnerships and property owners for manufacturing facilities, industrial buildings, specialized medical facilities, hotels, office buildings, retail buildings, and multifamily properties.
He has eighteen years experience saving tax dollars for owners in the early years of ownership.
